This may be of little releif but I want to say to the freinds and family of M. Silva that I was at the scene when the accident happened and that all the people that were there did all that was possible. the EMTs, the police officers, the firemen, everyone. I am so sorry that it had to happen to this formidable athlete, father and fellow officer. My prayers goes to you.
