May I bring my own food and drinks?

Filene Center: Yes! One of the more unique aspects of Wolf Trap is that we encourage patrons to bring their own food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy in picnic areas or on the Filene Center lawn.  Kegs are not permitted. Only bottled water is allowed in the covered seating area. A wide variety of meals, snacks, and drinks are also available to purchase on the plaza and at Wolf Trap’s on-site restaurant.

May I bring signs, banners or tents?

No! One of the more  enjoyable things about Wolf Trap is that patrons are able to enjoy the performances without distractions and obstructions from either their spots on the lawn or their seats inside the Filene Center. Any disruptions caused by the use of these items may result in the removal from the property.

Will my bag be inspected at the entrance?

Filene Center: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all Wolf Trap patrons, all coolers, packages, bags, and other containers will be inspected prior to entering the Filene Center. Coolers must be 15" x 15" x 22" (48 quarts) or smaller. All other items must be 14" x 13" x 10" or smaller. Please allow extra time for inspections. Wolf Trap patrons are permitted and encouraged to bring in food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and picnic supplies.

May I bring a lawn chair to sit on at the Filene Center?

Yes, there is a section in the back of the lawn designated for patrons using lawn chairs. This includes legless beach chairs. Seat cushions with back support may be used anywhere on the lawn, and are available for rent at the Wolf Trap Gift Shop on the plaza.

Help! Something is disrupting my concert experience!

We want everyone to have a great time when they come to Wolf Trap, and usually, they do! But we do understand that sometimes things happen that disrupt your concert experience. Wolf Trap’s ushers are trained to handle patron challenges, and they’re eager to help you have a great time. If you encounter any problem—with sound levels, other patrons’ behavior, seating issues, etc.—please notify the nearest usher. They will do all that they can to help.

If you have not picked up your closing ceremony tickets or if you are in need of additional tickets please stop accreditation and get them while the supply lasts. We look forward to seeing you at the Closing Ceremony on Sunday, July 5.

Hello! I am a volunteer and responded to the request for tickets and have not heard back, yet. Are there any updates on when we will know if we are receiving tickets or not? Thank you!
